Thanks for the order Chuck and for reminding us to tell customers to look on the porch. UPS Drivers have the right to leave a package for you if they feel it is safe to do so. We can not tell them to do that from this end. It's purley up to the Driver. Some folks even have a special spot they have worked out with their regular driver to leave things when they are not home.

Thanks Janice.... we'd like to take all the credit for on time delivery but what We did was ship on time. UPS kept up their end of the bargain and delivered on time based on their schedule. Big Country Supply uses UPS as our preferred shipper because they have provided on time delivery with the fewest exceptions, particularly to residences, of any carrier we have tried.
